Since becoming a Realtor® in 2019, I have developed a deep passion for real estate and have quickly become one of the top leading agents in Yellowknife, as well as a Centurion Award producing agent with C21 Canada.
As a proud born & raised Yellowknifer, I have very high expectations for the level of service that our residents should receive, and I approach my work every day with the aim of exceeding that high standard. I have a tenacious work ethic, and pride myself in being in constant, prompt communication with my clients, so that they feel comfortable and at ease each step of the way.
I am very diligent in giving a full rounded service, and my focus is to assist sellers not just when they are ready to hit market, but in preparing their homes to optimize their sale for top dollar. Every home and situation is different, and as such, I work hard to create a tailored and dynamic marketing strategy and listing plan for each home I sell to ensure a quick and lucrative sale.
Early in my career, I immediately learned just how many buyers were not aware of the real estate services available to them and set my focus early on in ensuring each buyer I meet knows they are entitled to their own designated buyers representative, to ensure they have someone looking out for them each step of the way. As an Accredited Buyers Representative and Negotiation Expert, I not only have additional certification to assist my clients, but a passion for making the process exciting and fun. Just as I do with my listings, I tailor my clients buying plans to meet their specific needs, however they would like their house hunting journey to be. I am very eager to be as hands as you need with keeping you in the know of listings and getting you in the door right away, or for my clients who prefer a more laid back approach, I am always there for when they reach out.
